  • Medical examination fees are separate.
  • Courier and third-party charges are separate.

All fees must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.

7. Refund Policy

Fees paid for consultation, advisory, assessment, documentation review, and administrative services are generally non-refundable once services have commenced.

Refund eligibility, if any, will be determined according to the specific service agreement signed between NovaPathEU and the client.

No refunds shall be issued due to:

  • Visa refusal by authorities.
  • Employer decisions.
  • Changes in immigration regulations.
  • Failure to provide requested documentation.
  • Missed appointments or deadlines caused by the client.

8. Recruitment Services

NovaPathEU may facilitate introductions between candidates and employers.

However:

  • Employment contracts are solely between the employer and candidate.
  • Salary, benefits, and employment conditions are determined by the employer.
  • NovaPathEU is not liable for employer decisions or employment outcomes.
